Gastronomy

You will be pleasantly surprised by our cuisine thanks to its healthy, traditional, homemade food and typical recipes from Calabria. Our flavours and fragrances come from the past and are rediscovered. You will taste the delicious local meat along with seafood from our nearby sea. Some typical dishes include for instance: -Fusilli al ferretto (each skewer-shaped homemade pasta is traditionally shaped using wire or knitting needles) served with either fresh tomato sauce or meat tomato sauce. -tagliata di manzo (essentially a nice thick piece of beef that is grilled, then carved) and mixed grilled meat platter, local fish soups, grilled fish, seafood dishes. Our pasta is handmade daily.
